Shipping Policy

All Ivy Eclipse pieces are handmade with care in my UK studio. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Shipping is a flat rate of £3.60, even when ordering multiple items.

If you need your order sent sooner, please get in touch before checkout — I’ll always do my best to accommodate.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped. Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully presented.

At this time, I only ship within the UK.

Returns & Exchanges 

Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
If there is any issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] so I can help resolve it quickly.

For damaged or incorrect items, I will gladly replace or refund once the item has been returned.

Each piece is handmade and may include slight variations in shape, colour, or texture — these are part of the charm and individuality of handcrafted work.
